The check-in was super easy as everything is electronic. Kurt and Nicole provided detailed instructions so everything was a breeze. We stayed for nearly a week and we were so well supported during our stay. Kurt and Nicole were super helpful and positive. There is a community centre across the street with a nice fitness centre and pool which was a bonus. All in all a lovely little spot close to downtown.

Recommend to all! So good we didn’t want to leave Positive: The host Kurt was very friendly, helpful and welcoming on arrival! We wish we’d stayed for longer so that we had time to get to know him more and meet Bunky the cat! :) The apartment felt like home from home and the location was very convenient. Kurt kept in touch during the stay and had plenty of recommendations that were fab. We definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again soon <3 Special mention for the spa shower and laundry facilities Negative: Nothing :D

The Hideaway was perfect for me & my 2 weeks in Kingston. Kurt & Nicole are there for you. Positive: The location was walking distance to the waterfront, the market, good coffee places, restaurants, shops, etc. I liked the historic ambience and the old limestone and brick inside. The space was open & very comfortable to move around. It was my little home. And the bed is very comfortable. Negative: The stone steps down to the little garden area are a bit treacherous for older folks or any mobility issues. Maybe a hand rail. My guest slept on the pull out sofa bed and found it a little difficult to find comfort.
